Shipping & Delivery
All of our items will be shipped through UPS and have a standard shipping and handling fee.  
You can also visit us at our boutique to purchase items.
Returns & Replacements
You may try on an item for fit, but it may not be worn, and the original tags must be attached if you wish to return the item. We suggest that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on the items. We will not accept returns or issue refunds on items that have been worn, washed, have the tags removed, stained, pet hair, smell of smoke or heavy perfume, or damaged in any way.

If an item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged or defective merchandise or refund your money for the damaged item in your order. In the rare instance when we mistakenly ship you the wrong product or the product has a factory defect, simply contact us.

Refunds will be issued for the price of the returned product to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the full process of your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your exchange has been shipped or when the refund has been issued.

Clearance sale items, swimsuits, panties, attachable breast forms, and adhesive supplies sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged except for a manufacturer defect in the product. If you return these items you will not receive a credit, exchange, or refund.


Most orders will be shipped within one to three business days. Provided the item is in stock, we make every attempt to provide SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders received before 2:00 p.m. PST. In the event the item is not available for shipment in one to three business days, you will be notified by email when the item will be available to ship.

While we keep 1,000's of these items in stock, due to the large variety of sizes and styles, some of these products will be ordered from the manufacturer. We have arrangements with most manufacturers to ship to us the same day as we place the order. Please allow 7-10 business days to ship from our store. Because some manufactures are out of the country, please allow for longer order times for Wacoal and Anita if we do not have the items in stock.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept Paypal. If making a payment through your bank account via Paypal, please note your order will be shipped once your payment has cleared. If you do not feel comfortable inputting your information online, please give us a call and we can help you complete your order.
